From sampling and testing with many Geraldton friends, we've created this very easy to drink, lighter-roasted coffee.
Different to the 'Southerly' as it uses a sweeter Arabica bean and lower caffeine level.
Can be drunk black with no sugar needed.

Grown in the very richest soils and highest Altitudes of Oceania. These beans have been rated as a 'specialty coffee' with a cup score 83+ / 100.
 
#Coffee needs 1 week to rest after roasting date , and will keep aromatic for around 6 weeks if left unopened and cool.
